We currently deliver throughout South Africa. A flat-rate shipping fee is applied to all orders at checkout.
Orders are typically fulfilled within 2–5 business days. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive tracking information via email.
While we strive to ensure timely delivery, shipping times may occasionally be affected by courier delays, public holidays, severe weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Please ensure that your delivery address and contact details are accurate at the time of purchase. Livora Home cannot be held responsible for delays or failed deliveries resulting from incorrect information provided by the customer.

Returns & Refunds

We take great care in preparing and packaging every order. If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so that we can assist you.
Due to the nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on items that have been opened, used, or partially used.
To report a damaged item, please email livorahomeco@gmail.com with your order number and clear photographs of the damage.
Where a refund or replacement is approved, we will provide further instructions and process the request as promptly as possible.
